Custom Double-Curved Aluminum Facade Panel
Made in Anhui, China. Each panel is laser cut and CNC formed to curved, double-curved or punched profiles, then fluorocarbon sprayed in AkzoNobel, PPG or KCC systems for 20-year color retention.
Developed from the architect's model rather than a standard module, these panels are set unit by unit, so a swept crown can meet a sharp corner without the joints drifting out of line.
Each cassette starts as a flat alloy face sheet cut to its developed blank, folded at the corners and closed with welded seams. Ribs sit behind the face at engineered intervals, with corner brackets fixed through welded studs — a build-up that holds a broad panel flat while keeping the piece rigid through packing, hoisting and fixing.
CNC press brakes, punching and roll forming, supported by laser-cut first-off blanks, handle sharp angles, tapered sections, faceted clusters, radiused soffits and screens with drilled or carved openings. One program drives the blank and the bend line alike, so repeat shapes stay consistent across a whole production run.
Pretreatment is alkaline cleaning followed by chromate conversion; the fluorocarbon coat then goes on automated spray lines at 70% resin content in AkzoNobel, PPG or KCC systems, resisting salt fog, acid rain and airborne pollutants while holding colour and gloss for about two decades. Wood-grain, stone-effect and brushed finishes are offered where metal has to sit beside other materials.
Engineering review happens before cutting: every shape is checked for developability and joint lines are aligned to the curtain wall grid, with standard patterns leaving the plant in three days.
Produced in Dingyuan, Chuzhou, Anhui, on a 24,928 m² site with 1.5 million m² annual capacity, under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 plus green building material certification. Chosen for hospital blocks, sports halls, airport terminals, museums and office podiums.
