Воздух, циркулирующий под действием вентиляторов (подающего и вытяжного), нагревается парогрильем и фильтруется через HEPA-фильтр, после чего поступает в псевдожижающий сушильник для сушки материала.
В то же время, под действием непрерывного перемешивания системы мешалки внутри сушильника, горячий воздух и сырье полностью обмениваются теплом.
После испарения растворителей (этанол, ацетон, метанол и др.) мелкая пыль вместе с циркулирующим газом выходит из сушильника, где пыль отсеивается системой обратной подачи азота.
Отжиг воздушный поток, прошедший через фильтр, поступает в компенсатор, где растворители охлаждаются до точки росы и отделяются от воздуха, после чего их можно переработать. Очищенный воздух снова подается в нагреватель вентилятором, и цикл повторяется до полного извлечения растворителей.После сушки продукт извлекается из нижней части сушильника, сетчатая пластина для материала является гибкой обратной поворотной лентой и управляется цилиндром.После полного выгрузки продукта вентилятор может очистить воздушный фильтр внутри сушильника. -
