The Intermittent Horizontal Cartoning Machine is designed for automated cartoning of pharmaceutical Alu-PVC blister packs, medicine bottles, cosmetic products, and similar items. It operates smoothly and reliably while allowing convenient adjustment for different carton sizes, making it suitable for packaging operations that require flexible carton handling.
The machine can automatically complete leaflet folding, carton opening, product and leaflet insertion, batch number printing, carton sealing, and automatic carton discharge. Dual rotary suction heads support smooth carton picking, opening, and loading onto the chain plate. The leaflet folding system supports one to four folds, with optional German GUK integration.
An extended carton magazine holds approximately 800 cartons, helping reduce the frequency of carton replenishment during operation. The balcony-frame design separates the working zone from the drive mechanism, supporting easier daily cleaning and helping reduce cross-contamination risk.
Working-zone components are precision CNC machined from premium stainless steel and aluminum alloy for durable construction. Transparent safety guard doors are used around the machine, excluding the loading area, and an optional automatic stop-on-open function is available.
With automatic cartoning functions, practical format adjustment, protected working areas, and integrated safety features, this intermittent horizontal cartoning machine provides a reliable solution for pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging applications.
