NMT-TZ-52 Large Drying Room
NMT-TZ-52 large industrial drying room provides precise temperature control, uniform heating, and flexible capacity for motor and automotive component processing.
Designed for Motor and Automotive Component Processing
The NMT-TZ-52 large industrial drying room is designed for motor manufacturing processes, particularly drying rotors and stators after immersion coating. It can also support heating, drying, preheating, and tempering operations for automotive parts and other industrial components. Its large working chamber accommodates sizable workpieces and production batches, helping manufacturers manage thermal processing within a dedicated industrial space.
Large Working Chamber for Flexible Production
The drying room has working chamber dimensions of W4500 × H3500 × D6000 mm. The interior is divided into front and rear oven sections, each with a depth of 3000 mm. This configuration provides a substantial processing area for motor components and other workpieces requiring controlled heating.
Overall external dimensions are W5200 × H6000 × D7200 mm, with a total height of 8700 mm including the middle partition door. These dimensions should be considered during factory layout planning to ensure sufficient space for installation, operation, maintenance, and workpiece handling.
Precise Temperature Control and Uniform Heating
The NMT-TZ-52 supports a customized temperature range to meet different industrial processing requirements. Temperature fluctuation is limited to ≤ ±1°C, while temperature uniformity is ≤ ±5°C under constant-temperature, no-load test conditions. These specifications help users evaluate its temperature-control performance when planning processes that require consistent thermal conditions.
The heating rate is ≤ 10°C/min during empty-chamber heating. Actual heating performance may vary with workpiece mass, loading conditions, and the selected temperature settings. Process validation under representative production conditions is recommended before full-scale operation.
High-Volume Forced Air Circulation
The drying room uses forced horizontal air circulation on both sides to distribute heated air throughout the chamber. Each fan provides an air volume of at least 2800 m³/h, supporting heat circulation across the working area.
Airflow performance is an important consideration when drying coated motor components or processing automotive parts. Workpiece arrangement, loading density, and airflow paths should be evaluated to help achieve the required heating results. The circulation configuration can be assessed alongside the application’s temperature requirements during equipment planning.
Industrial Power Configuration and Operator Training
The NMT-TZ-52 has a total installed power of 350 kW and operates on a three-phase, five-wire AC 415 V, 50 Hz power supply. Before installation, buyers should confirm available electrical capacity, site wiring requirements, access dimensions, and other facility conditions.
The cabinet surface temperature rise is specified not to exceed 15°C above ambient temperature, excluding areas around the doors. This specification supports equipment evaluation, while actual installation should also follow applicable electrical, ventilation, and operational safety requirements.
Free on-site technical training is provided to help operators become familiar with equipment operation. By combining a large chamber, customized temperature settings, forced air circulation, and defined technical parameters, the NMT-TZ-52 offers a configurable drying solution for motor manufacturing, automotive components, and other industrial thermal processing applications.
